18-25 years old, nothing special really. Just been consistent through the years with the goal of progressing everything I do inside and outside the gym.

Sometimes it really hard to see your progress. I sometimes sit there and think myself, am I actually improving my physique, is what I'm actually doing worth it.... but looking a photos from a year or two ago I think, F**K YEAH! As you know I have times where I get very frustrated with myself, which can be disheartening... but I tell myself I can do this s**t, I believe in myself and trust the process.

A lot of people aren't willing to give this stuff time and I totally get it, when things are going their way we often want to change something automatically, but trust the process. Don't give up... continue grinding, continue with the diet/ training plan... it will reward you.

Mindset is one of the most important aspects when it comes to making physical progress.

Every exercise I perform I ensure that I'm present in the moment and mentally ready to push the weight and accurately count repetitions. This will allow you to push yourself past your limits and see physical change.

AVOID ALL OF THE DISTRACTIONS, This includes both the people in the gym and the problems you are having in your personal life. Use your phone only for changing music, not to scrolling through 50 posts and losing track of what you're even training. The gym YOUR time to better yourself, not the time to worry relationships problems.
