Genius, special center in the Middle East dedicated to teach individuals with special needs based on the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) designed to teach students, considering their strengths, needs and preferences. The main purpose is integrating the student in the society and the labor market, through training him on a profession that fits his mental and physical abilities, and his desires. The student pursues a special academic program to invest in the profession he chooses. He will then acquire the necessary academic learning he needs and a job that will prepare him to be part of the labor market, jointly with the center that will be responsible to assist and train him and prepare him to engage in his profession.
