Lebanese talent is our strongest resource. In order to move forward as a nation, we need to work together to provide sustainable education financing. Parity Finance is a social enterprise aiming at changing the existing Education funding model in the MENA region by bridging the gap in terms of access to funding as well as access to quality education.Through an Income Share Agreement (“ISA”), students will receive partial or full tuition from Parity Finance to fund their education at university or to pay for a professional certification. They pay back a percentage of their Earned Income (monthly payment) once employed. In addition, we are also working on establishing a network of top recruiters and employers across key industries. Through this network, we will look to place students in internships and jobs after graduation, while also improving their skills profile and productivity.
