Another short reel where I share my frustration about some of the problems students tell me during our sessions.

Can you imagine how I felt when a student told me that her teacher mocked her in front of the whole class? More importantly, can you imagine how she felt?

This behavior should never be normalized.

As parents, it is important to be a safe place for your children, so if something like this happens, they feel comfortable coming to you for support and trust that they will receive it.

No student should be bullied just because they did not understand something the first time. Every student has potential, and every student deserves to feel valued.

A good teacher should not shame students. A good teacher should adapt their way of teaching to match different learning styles.

Let’s make their mental and emotional well-being our priority — always above grades. ❤️

Parents, parents… you carry the biggest responsibility. These students are your children. We are only here to help, guide, and support you. But we can NEVER replace YOU.

Here’s how you can help us from home:
1️⃣ Make sure your child has a healthy sleeping routine.
2️⃣ Stay in contact with their school teachers and ensure they are focused and active in class.
3️⃣ Please follow the instructions we give after each session — even the simple things, like making sure they complete the homework we assign.

When parents and educators work hand in hand, children succeed. 🤝📚

Parents, I feel you 100%. Tuition fees keep rising, and yet many of you still end up hiring private tutors for almost every subject. 🎒💸
It’s a clear sign of a glitch in our educational system — something I’ve been speaking about for years.

I dreamed of seeing school curricula finally upgraded to match the realities of the 21st century and the needs of every student. But sadly… I’m not seeing that change on the horizon. 📉✨
Our curricula urgently need an update. It’s both imperative and vital for our children’s success. 🚀

At RALI, we’re here for you — one center that does it all. But it’s important to understand that we focus on the root causes of students’ learning challenges. That helps explain the “why,” but it isn’t enough if schools keep doing what they’re doing:

Since everyone is talking about the newly passed anti-bullying law in Lebanon 🇱🇧, I wanted to share a video I filmed recently—before I even knew about this update. In it, I speak about a particular form of bullying: when it comes from a teacher towards a student.

This is part of my own story, one that shaped my entire career path.

To that teacher: the inner child in me still remembers the arrogance, the ego, and your harmful ways. But that same inner child is also incredibly proud of who I’ve become today ✨.

Because now, I teach my students with respect, love, and the care I wished I had received. They’re like my little brothers and sisters 🤍📚.

Parents, here’s a reminder for today:
Your belief in your child is not just emotional support — it’s ENERGY. It’s direction. It’s potential activated.

When you trust their abilities and show them you truly believe they’re capable, you don’t just encourage them…
you empower them.

Every confident “I know you can do this” plants a seed.
Every moment of trust builds resilience.
Every belief you hold about them becomes part of their identity.

So coach them with confidence, lead with belief, and pour greatness into them.
You might just be raising the next Thomas Edison 💡✨

‼️ Not every teacher teaches well. Not every parent teaches well. And that’s okay—no one expects perfection. But we do need a solution, because misunderstandings and learning difficulties are becoming more common and spreading fast.

🫶🏼 If you’re a parent unsure how to teach your child, it’s completely fine—you’re not expected to know it all. And if you’re a teacher, whether at school or homeschooling, please consider using multiple adaptive techniques, because there’s no one-size-fits-all approach!
