يالرغم من كل الظروف الصعبة على لبنان اليوم، 201 تربوية يبدأن رحلة تصميم دروس العلوم الجذابة باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي
في مسارها نحو التخصص والعمق في دمج التكنولوجيا، نظمت لجنة قطاع المرأة في محافظة جبل لبنان التابعة لنقابة تكنولوجيا التربية في لبنان، الورشة التاسعة ضمن برنامج "تمكين التعلم والتعليم في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي".

عُقدت الورشة نهار اليوم الخميس 6 تشرين الثاني 2025، وكانت الجزء الأول من ورشة متكاملة تحت عنوان: "تصميم دروس العلوم الجذابة باستخدام أدوات الـ (AI)".

تولت تقديم الجزء الأول من الورشة المدربة المتخصصة مي الخليل، والتي شاركت خبرتها في كيفية استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لإنشاء محتوى علمي تفاعلي. وشهدت الورشة، التي عُقدت من الساعة 8:00 إلى 9:30 مساءً، حضوراً فاعلاً بلغ 201 سيدة تربوية.

ويؤكد هذا الإقبال الكبير استمرار التزام الكوادر النسائية في القطاع التربوي بتطوير مهاراتهن في المجالات التخصصية، مع ترقب للجزء الثاني من الورشة الذي سيستكمل رحلة إبداع الدروس العلمية المعتمدة على الـ (AI).

تُعلن لجنة قطاع المرأة في محافظة جبل لبنان، تحت إشراف نقابة تكنولوجيا التّربية في لبنان، عن إطلاق برنامجها التدريبيّ النوعيّ الأول:
"تمكين التعلّم والتعليم في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعيّ- "Empowering Learning and Teaching in the AI Era"
هذا البرنامج هو فرصتك الذهبيّة لتحديث مهاراتك والانتقال بالتّعليم إلى مستوى جديد في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعيّ.

Proud to have led a professional development workshop for the Biology Department team at Lycée National Schools, under a title "Leadership for Engagement:Turning Classroom into Learning Community."

It’s part of my mission to create spaces where educators grow as leaders—not just in content delivery, but in how they inspire, connect, and engage with their learners every day. As learners also grow as leaders in an engaging environment.

Thankful for the energy, ideas, and collaboration shared during this session. Together, we continue to build a culture of active learning and professional growth.

I’m excited to share that I have successfully completed the "Professional Training Diploma in Leadership Excellence," organized by LMI Global Organization, in collaboration with the American-Canadian Board for Professional Training and Chicago Business School.

This program was an enriching experience that enhanced my skills in strategic thinking, effective leadership, and professional growth.

I am proud to have conducted a series of "professional development workshops" with my amazing team in the Biology Department at lycee national schools.

These sessions focused on enhancing our teaching practices, fostering collaboration, and exploring innovative strategies to support student learning and academic excellence.

I am grateful for the team’s dedication, engagement, and commitment to continuous growth!

تشرفت اليوم بحضور المؤتمر السنوي الدولي الذي نظمته كلية التربية في الجامعة اللبنانية تحت عنوان: "البحث العلمي كدَعامة لصياغة السياسات التربوية: نحو نظام تعلُّميّ تعليميّ مستدام"،
برعاية رئيس الجامعة اللبنانية البروفسور بسام بدران.
وكان للدكتور جيلبير صوما مداخلة مهمة جدا في وضع إطار جديد للتقييم في زمن التعلم الرقمي والذكاء الإصطناعي.
كان مؤتمرًا مثريًا وفعّالًا، تناول قضايا تربوية معاصرة وركّز على دور البحث العلمي في تطوير السياسات التعليمية وبناء نظام تعليمي مستدام.
