He would typically possess the following Competencies:
1. Brand Management: Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms
and following brands guidelines. Support initiatives that elevate brand visibility and
reputation within the industry as well as social impact initiatives.
2. Creative Thinking: excelling in developing innovative, result-oriented marketing
campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across digital and traditional
platforms.
3. Marketing Planning and Community Engagement
4. A good communicator: able to engage with stakeholders – be it internally or
externally;
craft compelling messaging tailored to different audiences, copywrite where and as
needed
5. Digital and Traditional Marketing Expertise - ensuring a holistic approach to
campaign management as well as the ability to support with the website updates and
journeys.
a- Understands and is well-versed in e-commerce dynamics, especially Shopify
b- Social media community management,
c- Meta paid advertising – ads creation, optimization, re-targeting and reporting,
d- Community Management and activation.
e- SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics
6. Sector Experience: with previous experience in the service industry (customer
focused), either as a marketeer at “client side”, or supporting in an advertising
agency.
7. Team Player, has worked with creative designers and knows how to write a brief,
request designs and providing necessary direction and de-brief.
3. Graphic designer
Finally, we are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience, in graphic
design, preferably at an agency setting. He / she should have a strong portfolio demonstrating
branding, digital, videos and print design skills, with experience working with marketing
teams and understanding brand positioning. He / she should be responsible for
conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that enhance brand identity, support
marketing campaigns, and engage audiences across digital and print platforms. This role
requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software to
develop innovative graphics, layouts, and multimedia assets that align with the company& #39;s
marketing strategy.

He would typically possess the following Competencies:
1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects
is a plus).
2. Proficiency in canva capcut envato etc…
3. Strong sense of creativity, layout, typography, and color theory.
4. Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs.
5. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design & Branding: Develop creative visual or video concepts for marketing
materials, social media, digital ads, websites, brochures, presentations, and general
branding requirements (office or events).
a- Ensure consistency in branding by maintaining style guides, typography, and
color palettes.
b- Design and refine brand assets, including logos, templates, and promotional
materials.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Digital Content: Create visuals for marketing campaigns
across multiple online and offline platforms (social media, web, email marketing,
print, and outdoor advertising, etc…).
- Design banners, advertisements, and promotional materials to support
sales and brand awareness efforts.
3. Social media & Website Design Support: Design engaging social media graphics,
including static posts, carousels, and interactive animations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create website graphics, landing
pages, and User Interface elements such as banners of different
sizes. And Assist in enhancing the website’s visual identity for a better
user experience.
4. Animation & Video Editing (Preferred but Not Required)
a- Create simple animations and videos to enhance digital marketing content.
b- Assist in editing videos, adding branded elements, and ensuring alignment
with marketing objectives.
5. Creative Collaboration & Innovation
a- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative
concepts.
b- Provide input on visual strategy and contribute innovative design ideas.
c- Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand’s
visuals modern and engaging.
