Our second guest speaker of the day was Mazen Zayyat. He is a Sales and Development Manager at Alta light. He majored in business marketing at Lebanese American University - LAU Beirut.


He offered the participants a chance to get an internship program at Alta light in various departments from sales and development, accounting, operations and lighting design department, were interns will perform actual tasks and have an overview of the corporate structure of Alta Light.

" BE positive and Strong and anything can change in a split second" he says.

We can't believe it's over. We just heard all five amazing project ideas from our young entrepreneurs. With the feedback of our loving jury, they will for sure thrive in the near future.

We are unbelievably proud of everyone's accomplishments, and we hope to see the implementation of all these fantastic ideas at some point.

After lunch the participants enjoyed a segment of micro sessions with Marwan Ayache, Alberto Corti and Rabih Maalouf.

-Alberto tackled cap tables, ownership structures, and the first challenges of co-owning a business.

- Marwan tackled pitch training and helped the entrepreneurs perfect their presentations, including vocal, body, and storytelling training.

- Rabih addressed the challenges that young entrepreneurs will face and provided practical solutions.

Our first Guest Speaker of the day is Amaury Daher. He is a physical therapist and a trainer specialized in human bio mechanics with a master degree in podiatry. He is the founder of Synergie clinic which is a bio mechanical improvement center. He is an outdoor enthusiast, he promotes for movement and activity everywhere he goes to.

“My method is to combine passive manual techniques and active corrective exercises to deliver the best treatments for my patients “he says.

He offered an internship program at his Clinic where interns will learn the process of evaluation S.F.M.A. (selective functional movement assessment) and one on one training techniques.

We started our day with a brain warm up, followed by a trial pitching and a jury simulation to get the participants hyped up. The judges gave advice, helped the participants further develop their startup projects to get them ready for the big day on Saturday.

Our guest speaker of the day was Alex Hawat. He is an electrical engineer holding an MBA and an MS in Applied Mathematics and Financial Engineering. He is the Co-founder and CEO of Menalytix, offering various Big Data and Artificial Intelligence services, ranging from consultancy all the way to developing solutions✨. In the light of this century’s increased innovative demands of developing apps as an entrepreneurial approach.

✨Day 4 is Hackathon day✨

We kicked off our day with Marwan Ayache who initiated the Hackathon by explaining what it means to the participants. - It is a 48 hours of intensive teamwork and collaboration that takes you from idea to prototype.

The participants were given a homework which was to think of a regional social challenge that they would like to solve✨.Then each participant pitched his/her own idea in front of everybody.

The ideas ran through a voting process and the top 5 ideas were selected. Teams were formed along with their ideas.

✨ Day 3 is ENTREPRENEURSHIP DAY ✨

After the stretching, the participants dived in a fruitful and insightful segment with Rabih Maalouf who used a beehive as an example to shed light✨ on the topic of “teamwork and collaboration” – It is all about cooperating with the team members to achieve the shared vision. 🐝

Later the participants enjoyed a round of ice-breakers where they shared their passion and skills by completing the following sentences :
1. I am passionate about ……
2. I am an expert in …..
3. A skill I want to learn …..

By doing that the participants engaged with each other and created bonds that will last a lifetime .
