A week dedicated to mental health, well-being, and the power of hope has officially begun at UA. 🌱
The fifth Wellness and Mental Health Week opened in the presence of representatives from the Ministry of Public Health and UNESCO, alongside students, University leadership, representatives of national and international institutions, health professionals, speakers, artists, and members of the wider community.
Through stories, student voices, art, medicine, spirituality, and meaningful conversations between the mind and heart, the Official Ceremony explored hope as something we actively practice: in moving forward, asking for help, supporting others, and creating space for healing and growth.
Throughout the ceremony, a puzzle wall gradually transformed words such as fear, stress, doubt, and pressure into healing, clarity, strength, confidence, joy, and new beginnings, bringing one message to life: “When mind and heart unite, hope blooms.”
And this was only the beginning. 💚
