Terms & conditions

1-Registration:

-Register for level classes 10 days before the starting of the class.
-If interested in a class after the class get started you will be on the waiting list for the upcoming class.

2-Cancellation :

If any student want to cancel the paid session, the refund will be 75% of his payment.

3-Off days & absence:

-If any urgent condition h

appened (weather, politics, strikes ......etc) the trompe l'Oeil l'Atelier will notice you in advance by mail or phone.
-As per a student please inform the instructor or the institute before 24 hours if you know that you will miss any session.
