Part 1: For teachers:

I am convinced that to be useful to other teachers, you really need to get as much experience as possible with different class sizes, levels, types of student, types of course, materials, teaching contexts, and so on.

I organize workshops for professional skills development.
I train teachers to become more efficient in class and at school.
I help teachers to become more motivated and optimistic in dealing with dill problems.

I provide for teachers money help up to 100,000 $.


Part 2: For students:

 I help young people come to know and accept themselves, their aptitudes, and interests.
 I teach students to use their interests and capabilities.
 I teach students to develop their skills to cope with the problems they meet both inside and outside the school.
 I provide educational guidance and assistance for students by planning schedules, recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students.
 I provide case management to students who do not meet local educational requirements.
 I follow through and track the advancement of students. I also provide assistance for at-risk students.
 I constantly develop new ideas to assist students in their studies.
 I am adept at taking student input and creating a useful program working with faculty to get students the information they need.
 I am specialized in elementary, middle and high school level students.
 I help parents to get involved in their children’s education.
 I am able to work with any administrator or faculty member.
 I am able to work with any kind of student.
 I am dedicated to the education of all students.
 I have excellent communication and presentation skills.
 I am Always willing to listen to what students have to say.
 I assist in monitoring after school detention programs and adding educational activities to those programs.
 I work closely with all faculty and administrators to develop worthwhile after school programs.
 I am responsible for making sure that after school programs met the approval of the school board.
 I am responsible for taking student input and turning it into effective after school programs.
 I work with faculty to bring in other teachers to help add substance to after school learning sessions.
 I help the student display appropriate classroom behavior
 I provide guidance in completing classroom activities when necessary
 I help the student achieve goals stated in his/her Personalized Educational Support Plan (PESP).
 I perform regular data collection for the PESP team, and regularly update the parents, the case manager and the rest of PESP team on the student’s progress

Synthesis: combination of facts, ideas, or information to make a new whole Evaluation: judging or forming an opinion about the information or situation

Part 3: For companies.

I work to improve employees motivation and increase their level of work.
I study the organization procedure and set up a plan to improve it.
Every company need refreshment from time to time to stay in competition and here my role start.
