Soumaly's Kitchen Discover the secrets of Lao cuisine with hands-on cooking classes and tips from the eperieced team Set in an outdoor home kitchen surrounded by gardens.

The class will demonstrate hands on light fragrant and intriguing Lao dish to your own taste and learn about heath benefits of each ingredient. We value taste and health above all and try to use Lao local organic produce in our classes wherever possible. As part of our class we enjoy sharing Lao culture and eating etiquettes. Our aim is to teach you traditional Lao cooking methods to make variety of dishes in a quick and easy way. Additionally, we will provide you with a reciepe brochure to take home and cook again in your kitchen. At Soumaly's Kitchen you can expect to be cooking Lao style salad dishes, soups and deserts which you can adapt to suit the available cooking ingredients, methods, utensils and equipment in your home country. The morning classes will run from 10:30am to 12:00pm including preparing, cooking and eating lunch. The evening classes will run from 5:30pm to 7:00pm incluing preparing, cooking and eating dinner. The classes run on Friday eveings, Saturday and Sunday days and evenings depending on bookings.
