The Company employs a high quality of managerial and administrative staff, their performance being reviewed and assessed annually. As a company, we are committed to developing the potential of staff, and great care is taken to ensure assignment to tasks for which they are suitably qualified and experienced. The company has an ongoing program to improve the productivity of operatives on-site and following measures most effective in achieving this objective. Its workforce is directly employed. The working of excessive hours is discouraged, but high productivity is achieved by operating a production bonus which encourages 100% effort for good rewards, without the decline of standards which can be the consequence of long working hours. On March 29. 2023, CEO of ECME Sole Co., Ltd attended the Award ceremony for ASEAN Business Awards Laos 2022 and Skill Development Award 2022 in Vientiane Capital

The award was presented to Ricki David Nixon, Technical Advisor/CEO with the Skill Development Award Outstanding in Company Trainer

The award ceremony was attended by H.E. Mr. Saleumxay KOMMASITH, Deputy Prime Minister of the Lao PDR, Minister of Foreign Affairs, who presented the award to 29 awarded entrepreneurs.

The Awarding ceremony, which was supported by the RECOTVET project, the VELA project of the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur international Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), was hosted by the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
