🇫🇷🎨😊 Les élèves de Moyenne Section ont exploré le monde des émotions à travers l'album 𝑳𝒂 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒆𝒖𝒓 𝒅𝒆𝒔 é𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 d'Anna Llenas.

Au fil de ce projet, ils ont appris à reconnaître, nommer et exprimer leurs émotions grâce à des échanges collectifs et à la dictée à l'adulte, favorisant ainsi le développement du langage oral et de l'expression de soi.

Les élèves ont également réalisé des créations artistiques originales en peinture soufflée à la paille, une activité qui stimule à la fois la créativité, la motricité fine et le contrôle du souffle.

Une belle manière d'allier littérature, langage et arts plastiques pour mieux comprendre ses émotions et celles des autres. 🌈

🇬🇧🎨😊 Our Middle Section students explored the world of emotions through the picture book 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒓 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓 by Anna Llenas.

Throughout this project, they learned to recognize, name, and express their emotions through class discussions and teacher-assisted dictation, helping to develop both language skills and self-expression.

Students also created unique artworks using straw-blowing painting techniques, an activity that encourages creativity, fine motor skills, and breath control.

A wonderful cross-curricular project combining literature, language development, and visual arts to help children better understand their own emotions and those of others. 🌈

Aujourdh'hui, nos élèves de CM2 ont passé une journée d’immersion au secondaire dans le cadre de la liaison CM2/6e. Découverte des lieux, rencontres et activités étaient au rendez-vous pour les aider à préparer sereinement leur entrée en 6e à la rentrée 2026.

Today, our CM2 students spent a day at the secondary campus as part of the CM2–6e transition program. Through activities, meetings and campus discovery, they had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with their future learning environment and prepare confidently for their move to 6e in September 2026.

🌍✨ Retour sur le Mai des Langues 2026 au LFIV ✨🌍

Fin mai, le LFIV a célébré le Mai des Langues 2026 autour du thème « Mots en réseau, cultures en écho », dans le cadre de l’AEFE.

🧒 Du primaire au secondaire, les élèves ont participé à de nombreux projets : brigades linguistiques, histoires plurilingues, concours de phonétique, trivial pursuit et créations artistiques autour des langues.

🎭 Temps fort de cette édition : une journée en tenues traditionnelles, mettant à l’honneur la richesse culturelle de notre communauté scolaire.

🌈 Une belle célébration du plurilinguisme, du partage et de l’ouverture au monde !

🌍✨ Looking Back at Languages Month 2026 at LFIV ✨🌍

At the end of May, LFIV celebrated Languages Month 2026 as part of the AEFE network, under the theme “Words Connected, Cultures Echoing”.

🧒 From primary to secondary school, students took part in a variety of activities including language brigades, multilingual storytelling, phonetics competitions, quizzes, and creative art projects.

🎭 A highlight of the event was the traditional dress day, showcasing the cultural diversity of our school community.

🌈 A wonderful celebration of multilingualism, cultural exchange, and global openness!

As part of Press and Media Week, our Grade 6 students explored the world of information in the school library: reading articles, developing critical thinking, and learning how news is constructed… before becoming content creators themselves!

À travers ce projet innovant consacré à la préservation des gibbons des montagnes annamites au Laos, nos élèves ont démontré leur rigueur scientifique, leur créativité et leur engagement en faveur de la biodiversité.

Cette distinction internationale récompense des mois de travail, de recherche et de collaboration. Bravo à toute l’équipe pour avoir porté haut les couleurs du LFIV et du Laos sur la scène mondiale ! 👏
