Today, we celebrate the annual Pimai Lao in school. The kids from kindergarten to secondary showcased their wonderful presentations, followed by a meaningful Baci ceremony.

In today’s Lao New Year, we wish you good health, happiness, prosperity and peace. May your days be filled with joy, your hearts with kindness, and your homes with love and blessings throughout the year.

As 𝐏𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐨 is fast approaching, the kindy students this morning performed the somma (water blessing) and later enjoyed a fun water fight.

The K3B students had also fun diving as they celebrated the spirit of water and joy during this festival.

ຂໍເຊີນຊວນຄູ-ອາຈານ ແລະ ນ້ອງນັກຮຽນທຸກທ່ານ ມາຮ່ວມສ້າງຄວາມຊົງຈຳອັນແສນມ່ວນຊື່ນໃນງານສະຫຼອງບຸນປີໃໝ່ລາວ ທີ່ໂຮງຮຽນນານາຊາດ ເມທານີ. ພົບກັບກິດຈະກຳອັນເປັນເອກະລັກ ເຊັ່ນ: ພິທີບາສີສູ່ຂວັນ, ການສະແດງຟ້ອນ, ຮ້ອງເພງ ແລະ ການເຕັ້ນຈາກນັກຮຽນຂອງພວກເຮົາ!

The K2 students had an exciting morning swim, full of energy and fun!

Followed by the K3A class, led by T Cris, who guided them through warm-up exercises before diving in. 🏊‍♂️

𝐃𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐦.

Each one took turns diving and floating under their teacher’s supervision.

𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐠𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 are so much fun to watch, seeing the kids chase and search for the hidden treasures.

Each child joyfully collected their finds in an Easter egg hunt bag. 🐰🥚🍭

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐠𝐠 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐭 is celebrated annually to promote fun, teamwork and active participation among children while enjoying the spirit of the season.

They are taught that sharing, kindness and joy are important values during the Easter celebration.

This afternoon, the children had fun painting their hard-boiled eggs in preparation for the Easter Egg Hunt tomorrow morning.
