Our primary students engaged in a scanning activity to enhance their reading abilities.
This reading strategy teaches students how to quickly locate specific details such as names, dates, keywords, and meanings without reading the entire passage. Students also practiced using dictionaries to discover new words and improve their vocabulary.
The activity encouraged students to become more confident readers and build essential skills for learning.
