π«οΈβ οΈ IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR STUDENTS & PARENTS β οΈπ«οΈ
In light of the approaching Saharan dust event, Clifton Hunter High School will be taking precautionary measures to help protect the health and wellbeing of our students and staff.

Tuesday, June 2: School activities will continue as normal.

Wednesday, June 3 & Thursday, June 4: The dust event is expected to be at its most significant.
As a precaution:

Organised outdoor sporting activities will be cancelled.
β
Outdoor time for students will be limited.
β
Windows and doors will remain closed where possible.
β
Additional measures will be taken to safeguard students and staff.
π Families can help by encouraging students to stay hydrated, keeping windows closed at home, and monitoring any respiratory symptoms.
Students with asthma or other respiratory conditions should ensure that any prescribed medication is readily available.
We will continue to monitor official guidance and provide updates as needed.
