تم ختام دورة مهارات التقديم بنجاح امس بعد ان استمتع الجميع بالمعلومات الغزيرة والشرح الوافي لاحدث المهارات. الفيديو يوضح الاخ العزيز عمر بن ناجي اثناء ارتجاله محاضرة للجمهور. الجمهور تعمد ازعاجه ومقاطعته لزيادة التوتر الذي كنا نقيسه باكمبيوتر عن طريق مجسات في يده اليمين. الرسم البياني يوضح حالة التوتر.
يتم تدريب المشارك علي تصميم افضل العروض التقديمية والتغلب علي التوتر مهما كان مصدره.

The charismatic leader is seen as a heroic or an inspiring figure. His or her charisma attracts the power to make dramatic changes. The charismatic leader is ethical and self-confident, who radiates eagerness and energy to his or her followers. Such leaders are sensitive and master’s of social skills.
They are excellent in simplifying their ideas and communicating their vision which wins the followers beliefs. However, charismatic leader can be focused on himself or his ambition instead of focusing on the organization's goals.

Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
USP is the reason that one product or service is different from and better than that of the competition. The seller should differentiate its products and services from what the competitors are offering. The seller may use its strategic advantage, like skills or resources, to produce different product that appeal to the targeted customers.

Be unique

Don’t try to be the top business in the market. Use your resources to be unique in your product or service offering.

Your uniqueness will make you the top business in that niche market. Your specialization (Uniqueness) will make the customer come to you.

Target

Instead of targeting all the rich and famous you may target only those atthe age range of 50-70. You may be a car mechanic, but your unique service is concentrated on Japanese sport cars only. Japanese sport car owners will always seek your services because of your specialization.

Specialize

An Airline’s main job is to transfer passengers from one point to another. Some airlines sell luxury inflight service. Others sell on-time service. South West airline sells budget service. Wall-Mart sells bargains. Cartier sells luxury.
