The late Mohammed Abdulrahman Al-Bahar was part of a generation that helped shape modern Kuwait through business, philanthropy, and a deep belief in the power of education.

In 1953, he founded The English School Kuwait — a vision that would grow to become the Gulf’s oldest and most respected educational institutions, impacting generations of students and families over more than seven decades.

His legacy continues to live on not only through TES, but through the values of ambition, generosity, and community service that defined his life’s work.
