When I first started yoga in 2011, I was so absorbed with different yoga positions. There was a competitive feeling to get into different funky pose and it feels great every time I nailed one.
One pose leads to the other but my journey right now in this practice expand beyond asana, more than just the pose it self. I see yoga as a journey to healing to getting to know my self more. To be mindful in various aspect of my physical, mental and spiritual weakness and strength. It becomes my guidance, my teacher. Something that I always go back with- a place of comfort and strength. A place of grounding and bliss at the same time. Not one regret. My passion became my full-time career and Iβm infinitely grateful. ππ½
