أسئلة خادعة في المقابلات الشخصية عند عمل المقابلات الشخصية للحصول على وظيفة قد توجه إليك بعض الأسئلة التي تظنها أسئلة سهلة ولكن في حقيقة الأمر هذه الأسئلة تكون معدة خصيصا بطريقة ملتوية لتبدو وكأنها أسئلة سهلة معروفة الإجابة ولكنها تكون ذات مغزى قوي يكتشف من يحاورك من خلالها نقاط القوة والضعف لديك. 1- لماذا توقفت عن العمل لفترة سابقة؟ 2- ماهي الانتقادات التي كانت توجه إليك في العمل؟ 3- اشرح بعبارات قليلة لماذا لم تستمر مع فريق العمل الذي كنت تعمل به قبل ذلك طويلا؟ 4- ما هو أكثر شيء كان يزعجك في عملك القديم وتريد أن تغيره في العمل الجديد؟ 5- حدثني عن نفسك
