من الأسئلة اللي دائماً نسمعها: شلون تتعاملون مع الطفل في أول أيامه بالحضانة؟

قبل لا نتكلم عن طريقة التعامل معاه، خلّونا للحظة نشوف المكان بعينه…

مكان يديد، وناس ما يعرفهم، ولأول مرة يبتعد عن أمه… مصدر أمانه.

البجي مو تعبير عن رفض الحضانة، لكنه طريقة الطفل في التعبير عن مشاعره، وعن الخوف الطبيعي اللي ممكن يحس فيه بهالموقف. هو ببساطة محتاج وقت حتى يتعرّف على المكان، ويثق في الأشخاص الموجودين حوله.

عشان جذي، مو هدفنا بس إنّه يسكت… هدفنا إنّه يحس إنّا فاهمين مشاعره، وقريبين منه، وموجودين معاه.

نهدّيه ونطمنه، ونتعامل معاه بكل لطف، ونحاول نقرّبه من لعبة أو نشاط يحبّه، من غير ما نضغط عليه بالمشاركة.

ولهذا وضعنا برنامج الانفصال الآمن، اللي من خلاله نعطي كل طفل وقته حتى يتعرّف على المكان ومعلماته، ويبني ثقته فيهم خطوة بخطوة.

وعزيزتي الأم… لج دور أساسي ومهم في هالمرحلة. تمهيدج لطفلج قبل بداية الحضانة، وثقتج بالمكان، وهدوء تعابير وجهج وقت الوداع، كلها مشاعر تنتقل له وتساعده على التأقلم.

الموضوع يحتاج شوية وقت وصبر، لأن كل طفل له وقته وطريقته الخاصة.

يمكن البداية تكون صعبة… لكن مع الاحتواء والصبر، راح تشوفين التغيير، وتتحول رهبة البدايات إلى أمان واطمئنان 🥰
