بناءً على رسالة الأمانة العامة للأوقاف بدولة الكويت وتوجهاتها الرامية إلى توجيه ريع الوقف نحو المشاركة في تنمية المجتمع والنهوض به وتلبية احتياجات مختلف فئاته قامت الأمانة العامة للأوقاف بالتعاون مع مركز تقويم وتعليم الطفل بإنشاء مركز صدى التعليمي وهو مركز متخصص لتعليم الأطفال ضعاف السمع زارعي القوقعة. Building on the message of the General Secretariat of Awqaf in Kuwait and its direction to guide

the proceeds of endowment towards participating in community development to meet the needs of different categories of contributions, The General Secretariat of Awqaf in cooperation with Center for Child Evaluation & Teaching (CCET) have created Sada Educational Center, a specialized center for the education of hearing impaired children with Cochlear Implants.
