안녕하세요. 제 14대 동아리연합회 ‘계절’ 기획예산부입니다.
2023년 1학기 동아리 지원금 지급이 완료되었음을 알려드립니다.

1학기동안 두 차례에 걸쳐 Google 스프레드시트를 개설해 물품 구매 신청을 받아 학생팀의 승인 후 주문하였으며, 각 동아리에서의 물품 수령까지 완료되었습니다.

구체적인 지급 내역은 다음과 같습니다.
정규 동아리 200,000원, 가등록 동아리 100,000원을 각 지원금 한도로 하여, 39개 동아리에서 총 7,049,550원의 지원금을 집행하였습니다.

2학기에도 동아리 지원금이 동일한 방법으로 집행될 예정입니다. 앞으로도 동아리들의 편의를 위해 최선을 다하는 동아리연합회가 되겠습니다. 감사합니다.

Hello. We are the planning and budget department of the 14th Club Union '계절'. We are informing you that the club grants payment for the first semester of 2023 has been completed.

During the first semester, Google Spreadsheet was opened to receive applications for purchase of items. We ordered items after approval from the student team, and each clubs completed receiving items they applied.

With a limit of 200,000 won for regular clubs and 100,000 won for temporary registered clubs, total 7,049,550 won of grants has been executed for 39 clubs.

Club grants will be executed in the same way in the second semester. The 14th Club Union '계절' will continue to do our best for the convenience of each clubs.

지난 19차 중앙비상대책위원회 회의에서 논의된 바에 따라 동아리연합회는 "유자" 커뮤니티를 동아리연합회 공식 커뮤니티로 채택하게 되었습니다. 앞으로의 동아리연합회 공지 및 홍보 사항들은 유자와 동아리연합회 공식 인스타그램으로 진행될 예정이며, 동아리연합회 홈페이지는 사용하지 않을 예정입니다.

Hello, I'm Lee Rumi, the president of the 14th Club Union, "계절".
As discussed at the 19th Central Emergency Response Committee meeting, the Club Union adopted the "유자" community as the official community of the Club Union. In the future, announcements and promotional matters of the Club Union will be held on the "유자" and official Instagram of the Club Union, but the website of the Club Union will not be used.

Promotional materials for the Club Union can be found on the button on the upper or the Club Union page of the autonomous organization classification in the upper left corner of "유자". In addition to the notice of the Club Union, promotional information of various clubs will also be announced through “유자”, so please pay a lot of attention.

2. 개최 종목 및 참가 팀
1) 축구 (8팀)
- 지구방위대, EarthCops simple, EA Blue, EA classic, 지구방위대 올레, EA UNITED, EA Prime, 지구경로당
2) 농구 (3팀)
- UNIS 대학원, UNIS 학부, ANAK 1군, UNIS 루키1, UNIS 루키2, 설렁덩크

3. 장소
-축구: 대운동장
-농구: 실내 체육관

4. 일정 변경 사항
- 심판과의 일정 조율로 경기 날짜가 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 될 시 최대한 빠르게 재공지 하겠습니다!

5. 스타디움 출전권
- 축구의 경우 토너먼트 우승팀이 스타디움 진출권을 갖게 됩니다. 대학원생 또는 교직원 팀이 우승할 경우 스타디움 출전권을 대상으로 별개의 경기를 할 계획입니다.
- 농구의 경우 스타디움과 무관한 행사입니다.

1. 동아리방 재배정

*일시: 2023년 5월 1일 22시
*장소: 110동 N101호

결석 시 벌점 3점이 부과되며, 부득이하게 대리출석을 해야 하는 경우에는 **4월 9일 일요일 22시**까지 관리운영부장 이노혁(010-3288-7549)에게 (동아리명/대리인 이름/대리인의 직책)을 문자로 보내주시길 바랍니다. 이후에는 대리출석이 불가하며, 대리출석은 동아리 회원명단의 간부진만 가능합니다.

[Announcement of 2023 Sports Competition hosted by the club union, invited faculty and graduate students]
We will hold a sports competition . Applications will be made for undergraduate students, and graduate students and faculty members will be invited at the club association level.
After the application, a rule meeting is scheduled with the team representatives. I will announce the detailed schedule later.
1.Events: 1)Soccer 2) Basketball
2. Date (*expected schedule).
1) Soccer: 2023.05.08~2023.05.31
2) Basketball: 2023.05.08~2023.05.16

3. Winner's prize money
1) Soccer: Winner 250,000 won, top scorer 20,000 won
2) Basketball: 200,000 won for the winner, 20,000 won for the top scorer

4. Participate fee
1) Soccer: Undergraduate team: 100,000won, Graduate team: 150,000won
2)Basketball: Undergraduate team: 80,000won, Graduate team: 130,000won

5. How to apply
1) Download the application form posted on the club union's Instagram link tree
2) To fill out an application form
3) Send the application form to the Club Union’s Google Mail ([email protected] ) by April 23rd (23:59)

6. How to deposit the participation fee
경남은행 200714167466 (Deposit owner: 김보민 (동아리연합회) Change the name of the depositor to the team name and deposit. (If not changed, there may be disadvantages.)

7. Other Details
- In the case of soccer events, more than 15 people per team can apply.
- In the case of basketball events, 7 to 15 people per team can apply.
- The game is played as a tournament.
※ Students who are on leave from the club association can participate.
※ Undergraduate and graduate students are not allowed to participate in one team. It is also impossible for faculty and graduate students to team up with undergraduates.
※ If the number of teams applying for each event exceeds 16, we will close in the order you applied first.
※ If there are very few application teams, we may not proceed with the event.
※ If a graduate student or faculty team wins, we will play a separate game for the stadium ticket.\

6. 참가비 입금 방법
경남 207 0141 6746 06 (예금주:김보민(동아리연합회))으로 입금자명을 팀 이름으로 바꾼 후 입금
(바꾸지 않을 시 불이익이 있을 수 있습니다.)

7. 기타 세부 사항
- 축구 종목의 경우 팀당 15명 이상부터 지원 가능합니다.
- 농구 종목의 경우 팀당 7명 이상 15명까지 지원 가능합니다.
- 경기는 토너먼트로 진행됩니다.
- 신청한 팀 수에 따라 리그전을 진행할 수도 있습니다.

※ 유의사항 ※
※ 동아리연합회 소속의 휴학생은 참여 가능합니다.
※ 학부생과 대학원생이 한 팀에 포함되어 참가하는 것은 불가합니다. 또한 교직원과 대학원생이 학부생과 팀을 이루는 것도 불가능합니다.
※ 각 종목 신청팀이 16팀을 초과하는 경우에 먼저 신청해주신 순서대로 마감합니다.
※ 신청 팀이 매우 적을 경우 해당 종목을 진행하지 않을 수 있습니다.
※ 대학원생 또는 교직원 팀이 우승할 경우 스타디움 출전권을 위한 경기를 따로 진행하겠습니다.
