🌊 Ajou GSIS Students Field Trip to Tongyeong

In February 2026, the Graduate School of International Studies (GSIS) at Ajou University organized a two-day field trip to Tongyeong, Gyeongsangnam-do, providing international students with an opportunity to experience Korean culture and explore the region’s rich history.

From February 5 to February 6, a total of 21 GSIS students participated in the program, accompanied by professors and staff members from the GSIS office.

Throughout the trip, students engaged in cultural experiences, historical site visits, and discussions aimed at deepening their understanding of Korea beyond the classroom. The field study also provided a valuable opportunity for students and faculty members to strengthen their connections while exploring one of Korea’s most scenic coastal cities.

🎓 Ajou GSIS Winter Commencement 2025

On February 13, the Graduate School of International Studies at Ajou University held its 2025 Winter Commencement Ceremony at Yulgok Hall.

A total of 70 graduates from 8 countries successfully completed their programs and received their degrees across four departments. 🌏

Among them:
▪️ International Business
▪️ International Trade
▪️ Civil Society
▪️ International Development Cooperation

The ceremony included congratulatory remarks, award presentations, and inspiring speeches from student representatives. Several students were also recognized with Presidential, Dean’s, and Thesis Excellence Awards for their outstanding achievements.

Ajou GSIS also celebrated students from the dual-degree program with the Graduate School of Business and Economics (GSBE) in Uzbekistan, marking the third graduating cohort since the program began in 2022.

Congratulations to all our graduates as they begin the next chapter of their journey!
