This will allow us to be ready in the office to help as many people as possible. Some request may involve products or services not familiar to us, which may result in these requests taking longer to fulfill. But after this initial delay, we assure you that we will resolve all difficulties so subsequent requests using these services will be completed in a much shorter time. 4. We will reply to your message in the same form in which the request was made or the one you prefer.
5. We will request personal information of customer by sending documents for them to fill in.
