중앙고등학교는 서울특별시 종로구 계동 1번지에 소재한 사립고등학교이다. 중앙중.고등학교는 고려대학교와 함께 학교법인 고려중앙학원에 소유된다.

나라의 운명이 존망의 위기에 처하였을 때 전국 각지의 민족 선각자들이 교육을 통하여 인재를 양성해 나라를 구하겠다는 구국정신으로 설립한 학교이다. 1908년 기호흥학회가 설립한 기호학교가 시원이며, 학교의 상징은 무궁화, 잣나무, 호랑이이다. 기치아래 조국과 무궁까지 함께하는 인재양성의 요람이다.
