Local Program Coordinator / Guide Recruitment

We are seeking a local coordinator to support the operation of a 4-week program at the [University of Washington] from July 13th~31st. The program will involve 20 Korean participants aged 19–39, and will include English language course, company visits, and cultural experience activities.

Program Details
*Schedule:
Pre-site visit: In April – On-site meeting with the Korean coordinator
Pre-program Zoom workshop: Between May and June
Main program: July 13th – July 31 (3 weeks, including weekend cultural activities)

*Working Hours:
7 days per week
9 to 12 hours per day

*Responsibilities
1. Before the Program:
1) Arrange and coordinate company visits
2) Conduct pre-inspections of university facilities and accommodations
3) Gather information on hospitals, transportation, and local living infrastructure
2. During the Program:
1) Airport pickup and initial settlement support
2) Provide guidance on daily life (hospitals, supermarkets, transportation, etc.)
3) Assist with company visits and external program activities
4) Provide interpretation and local communication support
5) Respond promptly to participant issues
6) Accompany participants to hospitals and assist in emergency situations

*Qualifications
1) Fluent in English and proficient in Korean
2) Extensive experience in program coordination and participant management
3) Current student or graduate of [University of Washington]
4) Residing near [University of Washington] with strong knowledge of local facilities and companies
5) At least 1 year of residence experience in the United States
6) No criminal record and physically/mentally fit

*Compensation
$3,200 – $3,300 (including meal allowance)
Salary negotiable depending on experience
