In this Italian lesson, we have 'parlare' as the infinitive (full form of the verb), which means 'to speak'. For regular -are verbs, you can drop the -are ending. We also have 'parlo' = I speak and 'parli' = you speak.

How easy is it to learn Spanish using the Oplang Method? Let's find out!

1. español = Spanish

2. hablar = to speak

Hablar español = to speak Spanish

For Spanish verbs ending in -ar, you can form other forms of the verb.

3. hablo = I speak

Hablo español = I speak Spanish

4. hablas = you speak

Hablas español = You speak Spanish

¿Hablas español? = You speak Spanish?

5. no = no

No hablo español = I don’t speak Spanish.

Dialogue:

A: ¿Hablas español?
B: No, no hablo español.
