퍼실리테이션이란?
그룹의 구성원들이 효과적인 기법과 절차에 따라 적극적으로 참여하고, 상호작용을 촉진하여 목적을 달성하도록 돕는 활동을 말합니다.
또한, 전문성을 갖고 이러한 퍼실리테이션 활동을 능숙하게 해내는 사람을 '퍼실리테이터(Facilitator)'라고 합니다.

국민대학교 퍼실리테이션 연구동아리 'FADO'는,
이러한 퍼실리테이션의 기법들을 함께 연구하고, 시행(Activate)하며, 발전(Develop)시킴으로써 진정한 퍼실리테이터로서의 역량을 갖추고자 합니다.
