Our Grade 8 students embarked on their final Middle School adventure this week with a five-day trip to Jeju Island!

Surrounded by the island’s natural beauty and adventure, students explored a variety of outdoor experiences while creating lasting memories with their classmates and teachers.

More than just a trip, this journey was an opportunity to celebrate their time together as a class and as a community before taking the next step into High School.

We hope the friendships strengthened, experiences shared, and memories made in Jeju will stay with them for years to come.

Our Middle School students recently celebrated a year of meaningful service and community impact at the Community Engagement End-of-Year Celebration.

Throughout the year, students worked in community engagement groups to develop and carry out service projects that addressed real needs within the SFS community and across Seodaemun-gu. At the celebration, students proudly shared their work through interactive booths, showcasing both their passion and the positive impact of their projects.

As the inaugural year of the Community Engagement program, the journey included both learning opportunities and growth. Seeing our students take initiative, build connections, and contribute meaningfully to their communities was a powerful reminder of the value of service learning.

Congratulations to all of our Middle School students for their dedication, creativity, and commitment to making a difference. We look forward to seeing this program continue to grow and inspire future generations of student changemakers.

Sports Day season is underway, and our British School Key Stage 2 students kicked it off with a fantastic day of fun, teamwork, and house spirit!

Throughout the day, students gave their best efforts across five exciting events: Capture the Flag, Shuttle Relays, Obstacle Course, Long Jump, and Target Games, before coming together for a classic Tug-of-War finale.
The energy was high, the competition was fierce, and the final results could not have been closer—with just a single point separating the top two houses!

We were delighted to see so many parents cheering from the sidelines and helping make the day even more special for our students.

A special thank you to Mrs. Lindsay and her Grade 7 students for their excellent organisation and support in making the event such a success.
