인도네시아 폴리텍 대학 교직원 대상 디지털 역량 기반 실습기업(PE) 프로그램 전문가 육성 연수를 성료하다 🌟📢👍
한국직업능력개발원(KRIVET)이 주최하고 KoreaPEN(펜월드와이드한국본부)이 운영한 '2024 디지털 역량 기반 일경험 실습기업(PE) 전문가 육성 연수'가 최근 성공적으로 마무리되었습니다. 이 프로그램은 PE의 'Learning by Doing' 철학을 채택하여 교수진의 디지털 역량을 크게 향상시키고 일경험의 새로운 모델을 확장했습니다. 이러한 접근 방식은 실패로부터 학습할 수 있는 환경을 제공하며, 이는 코로나19 팬데믹 기간 동안 원격 학습 환경에서도 효과적인 것으로 입증되었습니다.
2024년 7월 1일부터 5일까지 진행된 30시간(1일 6시간, 5일간) 프로그램은 PE 프로그램의 이해부터 설계, 운영까지 PE 전문가에게 꼭 필요한 주제를 다루었습니다. Google Workspace, DIFFIT, Weeks52, Zoom 회의 등 디지털 도구 사용과 PE 운영을 위한 실무 실습이 포함되었습니다.
PEN 전문 트레이너의 지도하에 한성대학교에서 하이브리드 형태로 프로그램이 진행되었습니다. Politeknik ATI Makassar 교수 2명과 한국에 거주하는 외국인 Carole Perez 씨가 대면 연수생으로 참여했고, 인도네시아 교수 8명이 원격으로 참여했습니다.
프로그램은 완료율 100%, 만족도 90점 이상, 사전 사후 비교에서 50% 이상의 역량 향상 등 탁월한 성과를 거두었습니다. 🎓✨
이번 연수는 PE 프로그램 전문가가 되기 위한 기본과정이며, 연수 프로그램에서 참가자들은 퍼실리테이터(지도자)와 학생이라는 두가지 관점에서 PE에 대한 이해, 디지털 도구 활용, 디지털 역량 기반 일경험 PE 프로그램 설계 및 운영을 익히기 위한 실습과 학습에 적극적으로 참여했습니다.
이번 한국 연수에 이어 인도네시아 참가자들은 POLITEKNIK STTT BANDUNG에서 진행하는 섬유 및 패션 일경험 PE 프로그램에서 인턴 퍼실리테이터로 참여하게 됩니다. 올해로 2년째를 맞는 이 프로그램은 2024년에는 참여 학생을 20명에서 40명으로 늘릴 예정이며, 오는 8월 5일부터 30일까지 160시간 동안 진행될 예정입니다.
디지털 역량 기반 일경험 PE 프로그램은 인도네시아 직업 훈련 및 고등 교육 분야의 교수진과 학생의 디지털 역량을 강화할 것입니다. 올해 사업은 디지털툴과 PE를 활용한 기업 업무 경험을 교과 커리큘럼의 하나로 발전시키는 것을 목표로 합니다. 이러한 프로그램의 지속적인 확대는 인도네시아 직업교육 발전과 한-인도네시아 청년 지도자 양성, 국제협력에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대됩니다.
🌟Successful Completion of Digital Competency-Based Practice Enterprise (PE) Program Training for Indonesian Faculty and Staff 🌟
‘Training of Trainers for Digital Competency-Based Work Experience Practice Enterprise (PE)' hosted by the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training(KRIVET) and operated by Korea Pen, was recently successfully completed. The program significantly enhanced the digital capabilities of faculty and expanded the Practice Enterprise (PE) model.
A Practice Enterprise (PE) is a simulated company run by learners that mirrors actual company structures and roles. Learners engage in market research, advertising, purchasing raw materials, producing virtual goods, selling services, and handling processes such as paying salaries and taxes.
The program aimed to implement a 'Learning by Doing' philosophy, providing an environment for learning from failure, which has also proven effective in remote learning environments during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 30-hour program (6 hours a day for 5 days), which ran from July 1 to 5, 2024, covered essential topics for PE experts, from understanding to designing and operating PE programs. It included practical experience with digital tools such as Google Workspace, DIFFIT, Weeks52, and Zoom meetings.
Under the guidance of PEN professional trainers, the program was conducted in a hybrid format. Two professors from Politeknik ATI Makassar in Korea, along with Ms. Carole Perez, a foreigner residing in Korea, participated as in-person trainees, while eight Indonesian professors participated remotely.
The program achieved outstanding results with a 100% completion rate, a satisfaction rating of over 90 points, and a competency improvement of over 50% in pre-post comparisons. 🎓✨
This foundational course prepares participants to become PE program experts. During the training participants have been proactively engaged in learning by doing the operation of student programs, adapting digital tools, and designing and operating digital competency-based work experience programs in both the perspectives of instructors and students.
Following this training in Korea, Indonesian participants will partake in a practical experience program in textile and fashion work experience PE program which will be conducted by Politeknik STTT Bandung. This program, now in its second year, plans to expand the number of participating students from 20 to 40 in 2024 and will run for 160 hours from August 5 to 30.
The digital competency-based work experience PE program will strengthen the digital competencies of faculty and students in Indonesia's vocational training and higher education field. It aims to make corporate work experience a regular part of the university curriculum.
