2026 Spring 3rd(Special Round) Admission result announcement

0. Candidate has to completeenrollment by January 2, 2026, Friday, 23:59(GMT+9)
0-1. Please check the amount with the office that kept the tuition from the last admission.
- Tuition payment for the first semester can't be deferred or postponed.
- Admission will be cancelled in case the candidate can't complete the condition of either tuition payment or the condition(for Conditional Passed applicants) for admission by the time.
- Tuition will be refunded the whole amount(or, depending on the academic schedule, the amount that the university bank account receives in case you submit the ”withdrawal request”
- BUT, Tuition will not be refunded for a VISA CHANGE in the 1st semester

7.CERTIFICATE OF ADMISSION CANCELLATION will be REPORTED TO THE EMBASSY by February 27, 2026, 12:00 (GMT+9)
8. Candidates who failed to complete the VISA process need to submit a"withdrawal request "for afull tuition refund before February 27, 2026, 12:00(GMT+9)
9. The tuition refund amount will decrease from the first day of the semester.

* Candidates MUST use the Applicant number or the applicant's name for the Tuition payment
** Tuition payment must meet(or higher) the 1st semester's obligation in KRW amount, except transfer charge and exchange fee

SHYU Presents Custom Varsity Jackets to International Graduate Students
"2025 SHYU Onboarding Kit Presentation" Successfully Boosts School Spirit and Community

Seoul Hanyoung University International Affairs(SHIA), led by Dean Sanghak Han, hosted a special presentation event on October 31, 2025: the "2025 SHYU Onboarding Kit Presentation."

The purpose of this event was to help international graduate students adjust to their academic life in Korea and foster a strong sense of belonging within the university community.

During the presentation, the SHIA handed special custom Varsity Jackets (often called 'Gwajamba' in Korean universities) to students in the international Graduate Program. Each jacket is proudly emblazoned with the SHYU mark and the Korean national flag (Taegukgi).

Dean Sanghak Han stated, "Through this presentation, we hope our students feel a genuine sense of being an integral part of Seoul Hanyoung University. We wish them a vibrant and successful academic journey here in Korea, and we will continue to provide unwavering support for their success."

Seoul Hanyoung University International Affairs plans to continually develop various programs for international students, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing global talent.
