The seminar is a discussion forum on urban sciences covering contemporary issues on urban development, construction and infrastructure development, environmental policies, and international cooperation.

- SUMMARY:
KSP(Knowledge Sharing Program) and EIPP(Economic Innovation Partnership Program) are Korea’s platforms for knowledge sharing with partner countries. They institutionalize knowledge sharing—turning global benchmarks and diagnostics into localized capacity, practical tools, and investable projects. This model matters because it reduces policy risk, accelerates learning-by-doing, and scales evidence-based reforms that deliver measurable public value.

- SUMMARY:
1. The Saemaul Movement was a nationwide rural development initiative grounded in diligence, self-help, and cooperation, supported by conditional and merit-based government aid alongside committed village leaders.
2. By rewarding performance and fostering leadership training, the movement empowered communities, built social capital, and encouraged broad-based participation.
3. It not only closed the rural-urban income gap but also laid the foundation for inclusive growth and civic solidarity, earning recognition by UNESCO as a Memory of the World.
