Can Korea’s start-up scene flourish without people who have the right leadership skills?
A recent Forbes article describes how the lack of leadership skills is preventing successful start-ups in Korea. Some of the issues described:
• Lack of confidence and fear of failure
• Inability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
• Lack of resiliency in overcoming calamity
• Not being able to influence / convince others without explicit authority or title
