I learned of this book while in Korea and was really inspired by Lady Jang and always wanted to learn more.

"음식디미방 Eumsikdimibang is the first recipe book to be written in Hangul(Korean alphabet) about 340 years ago. "
There are videos in different languages too! I think I will be exploring this in the next few days~

Spicy Apple Pork Bulgogi made with granny smith and fuji apples, gochujang, apple juice, lime, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and red chili powder. With sauteed kale& granny smith apples with ginger. Topped with honey crisp apple salsa with purple and green onions. Slightly spicy, sweet and savory pork was excellent with chewy kale, soft cooked apples and the salsa really brought everything alive!! Loving apples right now and for this fabulous !! Plz like this and my new twitter submission .

Gluten Free Hobak Buchimgae (Zucchini Fritters)!

Made some gluten free hobak buchimgae(zucchini fritters) with zucchini from my garden, TJ's gluten free flour, rice flour, egg and seasoning. It came out so crispy and yummy. And I fried it outside in our backyard!! Felt like we were camping~^^

Classic Gyeran Jjim-Korean steamed eggs is made by steaming in a double boiler. The eggs come out really moist and soft with tons of flavor.
