In Korean, a director is called 감독 [gam-dok] or 연출 [yeon-chul]

Some more details:
영화감독 [yeong-hwa gam-dok] Film director
드라마감독 [deu-ra-ma gam-dok] Drama director

Fun fact: Unlike some languages, Korean doesn’t specify gender in job titles!

But if you want to specify gender, you can add 남자 (male) or 여자 (female) in front of 감독.
