[ICYD Regional Qualifier 2026 - South Korea]

Take your chance to participate in one of the most prestigious schools debate tournaments in the world - ICYD 2026 by competing in this regional qualifier!

This is a offline BP Schools-format event with four preliminary rounds, break rounds, then a Grand Final.

Eligibility: Debaters must be between the ages of 10 to 15.
Although composite teams are allowed to participate, qualifying teams must be attending the same school(academies don't count)
Format: Schools BP (5-min speeches)
Date: March 29th, 2026
Venue: Offline, George Mason Korea (Songdo, Incheon)
Registration fee: 300,000 KRW per qualifier-eligible team, 100,000 KRW for non-qualifier-eligible team
Breaks: Open Semis/Quarters, EFL breaks are tentative and numbers-dependent.

Leaders Academy & Oxford Union are proud to bring you another Oxford Schools East Asia Junior!

Best performers of this tournament will advance to the International Competition for Young Debaters, hosted by the Oxford Union in England.

This is a online BP Schools one-day event with four preliminary rounds, break rounds, then a Grand Final.
