Destructive: "Your report is terrible; you're a terrible writer."

3: The Art of Receiving Criticism
Receiving criticism gracefully is crucial. Try the "SANDWICH" method:

1. Positive: Acknowledge something positive about the feedback.

2. Constructive: Accept the criticism and reflect on how you can improve.
