Closing Ceremony - YUU x KNC 2022

All onservers and participants who will be arriving on-site, please come down to B1 auditorium to check-in and receive your name tags!

[Announcement for Observers]

ALL observers who have signed up in advance have been confirmed. You can choose which rounds/rooms to observe (max 5 ppl per round).

Also, we have decided to allow additional on-site observers ONLY for the FINALS of each league, which will be held in the auditorium that can accommodate more people. If you did not sign up, please be aware that you cannot observe any other rounds.

Below are guidelines for observers.
- Check-in: 7F
- Debate rooms & Lounge: 7F
- Auditorium (only open for finals): B1
- Cafeteria: B1 (Please clean up after using it)
*Please do not visit any other floors of the building.

Hello everyone! We are opening the reg form for observers that are willing to come watch the elimination rounds of YUU x KNC 2022, ON-SITE(and also online)!

Please read through the details below thoroughly!

✦ Venue: 국제영어대학원대학교 (서울 강동구 양재대로81길 89) / International Graduate School of English (89, Yangjae-daero 81-gil, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, Korea)

✦ A maximum of 25 observers will be allowed into the venue, decided based on First Come, First Serve system.

✦ For rounds that are NOT finals (ex. quarters, semi-finals), the number of observers may be limited per each round due to the capacity of each debate room. (unless you are coming online)
*Finals will be held in the auditorium that will fit everyone.

✦ Additionally, if more than 25 people sign up, we will be prioritizing the first 3 members from each society, in order to provide slots for as many different societies as possible. (doesn't apply to online observers)

✦ After securing max. 3 slots for every society that signed up, the remaining slots will be allocated to the rest of the people on a first-come-first-serve system regardless of their institution.

📌 Note: Please note that there will be no lunch or snacks prepared for the observers!

This is the list of teams and modes of participation we've been notified of during registration. If there are changes in participation status, please let us know ASAP.

*Reserve team policy:
If a breaking team is unable to debate as a full team at the scheduled time of motion release(start of round), the team will be cut and the 1st reserve team will be recognized as the next breaking team. If the 1st reserve team is not present, the 2nd reserve team will be recognized as the breaking team.
