Along with the northern lights of Canada and Swedenβs reindeer migration, Koreaβs ice festivals are recognized by CNN as one of the 'Seven Wonders of Winter'. This winter, we had the incredible opportunity to experience the enchantment of the Sancheoneo Ice Fishing Festival in Hwacheon-gun, Gangwon-do! βοΈ We were proud to take 40 incredible teachers on a DYB Cultural Experience, where we immersed ourselves in this winter wonderland. From mastering the art of ice fishing to relishing grilled fish and pork BBQ, our day was filled with laughter and adventure. βΈοΈπ· From ice skating to zip lining, snow sledding to exploring the world's largest indoor ice sculpture plaza, every moment was a treasure. π£π₯π Grateful for the memories made and the delicious festival treats enjoyed together! π
