지난 주 한국 최고의 호텔인 conrad Seoul과 2025년 SEG 통합 동문회 계약을 마치고 왔습니다. 관련하여 저와 SHMS에서 같이 학교생활 하였던 Event 지배인님과 37그릴바에서 식사 하면서 예전 추억에 잠기는 시간이었습니다. 인상 깊은 점은 메뉴지 하단의 인증로고 였는데요. 기업의 사회적 책임을 다하는 부분까지도 타의 모범이 되는 호텔이었습니다. Farmed Responsibly / sustainable fishery 인증 재료들만 사용한 최고의 식사 였습니다. -gathering

이번 주 최근에 오픈한 신상 호텔! 5성 호텔 더블트리힐튼에 다녀왔습니다. 자랑스러운 저희 동문님 중에 호텔의 중심 부서인 세일즈&마케팅 총괄을 맡고 계셔서 인사차 방문 드렸습니다. HR Director 님께서도 자리를 빛내주셔서 감사합니다. 의도치 않게 약속한 일자보다 하루 먼저 방문하여 미스터리쇼퍼였는데, 시간 내어 주셔서 감사드립니다. 기업의 사회적 책임을 다하고자 연탄 봉사를 가시기 한시간 전 이셨습니다. 저희 동문님들 그리고 앞으로 진학할 학생분 들을 위하여 좋은 파트너십을 유지해 나갈 예정입니다.

우리 CAAS 졸업하신 동문님께서 오너쉐프로 계신 뮤땅(Mutin)에서 한국에 있는 국제학교 카운슬러분들과 즐거운 저녁 식사 시간을 가졌습니다. 홍강석 쉐프님 멋진 요리와 전문 소믈리에 님의 자세하고 멋진 설명으로 함께한 와인까지 최고의 저녁 식사였습니다. 항상 웨이팅이 많으니 방문 시 사전 예약 필수! 좋은 시간 감사드립니다.

As dedicated members of the culinary industry, we were thrilled to take the lead in organizing a lively gala lunch to honor the remarkable 85-year milestone of the Amicale Vaudoise des Cuisiniers Association! 🤝

The festivities unfolded at the esteemed and Le Bouveret, where we indulged in a feast for the senses: 105 guests, six tantalizing courses! 🍽️

Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to each and every individual who contributed to the success of this joyous celebration!
