DOWEA Osan American Elementary School Osan American Elementary School provides support to children and parents located in South Korea. Each region is managed by a Director for Student Excellence.

DOWEA is a field activity of the Office of the Secretary of War. It is headed by a director who oversees all agency functions from DOWEA headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. DOWEA's schools are divided into three regions; DOWEA Europe; DOWEA Pacific; and DOWEA Americas. Within each of these three regions, schools are organized into eight districts headed by district superintendents. Generally acc

Yesterday and today, we had the sweetest time welcoming our UPK students and families to OES! 🎒✨

A huge THANK YOU to all of our families who came out for our special Mini Parade for our Mini Mustangs! 🎉 Seeing everyone cheering, waving, and celebrating our littlest learners made their first days extra special!
