🌍 GPA Model UN: Small Team, Big Impact! 🇺🇳✨

Recently, our Model United Nations team represented GPA with incredible passion, courage, and growth. With only five delegates this year, our students showed that size doesn’t define success — dedication does.

Our team took on challenging global issues, delivered confident speeches, debated with clarity, and supported one another every step of the way.

🏆 Award Highlights
• Seoyeon — Best Delegate Honorable Mention in the Security Council
• Juliet — Most Valuable Delegate in the Human Rights Committee

Both awards are especially meaningful because they’re chosen by fellow delegates from other schools — a true recognition of outstanding performance and leadership.

We are also incredibly proud of:
• Yewon, who stepped up fearlessly against senior delegates and held her own with impressive confidence
• Doyoung, whose resolution was selected for debate and who delivered strong arguments throughout
• Moonkyung, who pushed through language challenges and showcased his deep political and historical knowledge

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Perez, who mentors and guides our MUN students with dedication and care. Your support and preparation made this experience meaningful for our team.

Before our Fall Recital began, guests were welcomed into a beautiful gallery-style exhibition featuring artwork created by GPA students across multiple grades. From paintings and illustrations to mixed media and design pieces, the exhibition showcased the imagination, skill, and individuality of our young artists.

The room was filled with color, creativity, and thoughtful expression — a true celebration of the visual arts at GPA.

✨ A special thank-you to Ms. Maughn, our Art Teacher, for her incredible preparation and curation of the exhibition. Your guidance and vision help our students grow not only as artists, but as confident creators.

Our Middle School Social Studies students took their Ancient Egypt unit to the next level with a hands-on STEM challenge led by Mr. Lourens.

In teams, students had just 30 minutes to design and build the tallest possible pyramid using only toothpicks and clay. After two competitive rounds, teams refined their ideas, improved their structures, and pushed their creativity even further — with the winning pyramid reaching 32 cm!

Moments like these show what learning at GPA is all about: critical thinking, collaboration, and bringing history to life through interactive, project-based experiences.

Great job to all our young engineers and historians! 🏗️📘
