Ahh Memorial Day. A day for Rememberance of those who answered their nations call for protection and paid the ultimate sacrifice so that we may live freely.

To show my respect, I like to bbq and have a drink for them to let them know, They may be gone, but they're not forgotten.

Oh My Gosh!!! What a lovely day it is today. I don't know why I am so excited about it. But it is absolutely gorgeous outside. ,You should be outside enjoying it as well.

Today is inauguration day in South Korean. President Moon is out and President Yoon is in. What does this mean for our future? Is peace and prosperity a long shot? I hope not. Only time will tell.

It's a blustery day out here at The 9. But we wont let that bother us.

Todays word is 'sustainable'
It means 'able to be maintained at a certain rate or level.'

Solar, hydro, wind are all sustainable sources of energy.

It means you should take the opportunities life gives you.

You can use it in like situations your unsure of. For example, oh I have a job offer in another city, but Im not sure if I should take it.
The world is your oyster. Go for it!!

I think next time Im going to spend childrens day in the mountains. Theres too many people here. Haha C'est la vie. Enjoy the day everybody!!!

I was watching the fish 🐟 getting their breakfast this morning, so I thought I'd give you some fishing idioms.

Off the hook 🪝 ~ not in trouble anymore

(Also 90's slang for really awesome, but don't think they use it like that anymore)

Open a can of worms 🪱 ~

Do or say something that get you into trouble.

"So I opened a can of worms and told Kate her dress wasn't very pretty. She started to yell at me, but I said it was spectacular and I was off the hook"

"Hey Dude! Did you catch the Aerosmith Smith concert last night?"
"Yeah Man, It was off the hook!!"

Yall lucky. I found a  bull, so ya get two lessons today. The represents strength, pride, and power where I come from. Maybe you've heard of the bull market when playing the stock market.

Anyways, heres a few idioms for you regairding the bull.

Don't grab a bull by its horns.
Mess with the bull and get the horns.

Basically both these idioms have the same meaning. Don't cause trouble or trouble will come to you. The horns hurt. Dont try em!

Grab the bull by the balls! Or
Grab life by the balls.
Sometimes you have to take some risks or have an adveture.

I got him by the balls! or
He's got me by the balls!
Whoever has the balls controlls the situation.

Theres a lot of good idioms today.
