What options do we have

Our lives are filled with all kinds of events...Some are pleasant, happy, and joyful , and some are filled with frustration, sadness, anger, and confusion...It may be easy to handle happiness, but it isn't easy to handle conflicts.

When I get big feelings, I know I have to take a step back. I need to sit with them and process them before I can make sense of them or write them down in a way that others will understand. ❤
I didn't always have that understanding about myself, especially if (I felt) someone was waiting on me for a response... now I know I can take my time. And, some *big feelings* need lots of time. I've been working on some for years... but, I'm getting there. In my time.

“Big feelings are hard...” said Rabbit. “I don’t know what to do with them.”
“Take deep breath’s and sit with them.” said Bear. “There’s no rush.”
“There isn’t?” asked Rabbit.
“Not at all.” said Bear. “The more you try to understand them, the smaller they will become.”
