IMMERSION ENGLISH CAMPS
As well as managing our language school. Adventure English also provide and organise Immersion English Camps. Our camps are held each summer and winter at our educational camps in London and The Lake District. The immersion English program is held for a duration of three weeks and provides our students with a diverse range of language challenges to really stimulate the minds of our young learners. The camps allows students an extremely unique and special experience that will stay with them for a lifetime and hopefully have a positive impact on their lives. During their stay, students will study 20 hours of classroom English with native teachers. Classes are based on level, rather than age and the curriculum is designed according to the classes language ability. Very young learners may study phonics, reading, basic conversation and partake in more craft based activities. However, higher level students will focus on using English is a less structured, more creative way. As well as in-class hours, students participate in a range of professionally organised outdoor activities, which are mainly organised in partnership with Leeds Metropolitan University, Great Outdoor Centre. From mountain biking and dance classes, to water based activities, such as; canoeing, gorge scrambling and raft building.... there is guaranteed to be something that all students will enjoy. Also, as part of these camps, Adventure English pre-organize a range of fascinating educational tours around some of England's most historic, beautiful and captivating cities. Summer camp students are scheduled for Edinburgh, London, York, Keswick and a trip to England's most famous amusement park, Alton Towers. Whilst winter camp students have the additional bonus of attending a tour and educational workshops at Manchester United's famous stadium Old Trafford. Full camp details can be found at
