Today we’re learning consonant digraphs! 🎉

When two consonants work together, they make one sound.
Examples:

🔹 wh – whale, wheel

Take a moment to look at how this state's name is pronounced. 👂 It might not be what you think! 😮 Notice that the C is silent (even though it LOOKS like the word ""connect,"" 👀 that's not how you say it!), and the last syllable is pronounced more like "kit" instead of "cut." 🗣️
