Project Partners have organized 3 international training camps. Each time all partner clubs trained together for 4 days, got to know each other and established connections. There was a lot of formal and informal learning, athletes and coaches participated in joint educational activities and learned from and about each other, as well as of various conditions in our countries.
**
Camps consisted of education for athletes and coaches, joint trainings, job-shadowing, discussions, exchange of methods and approaches, addressing common issues, looking for best practices. Athletes trained together, developed their intercultural skills, met their peers form other European countries and widened their perspectives on many issues. Clubs have established cooperation on international level and increased their capacities for operating on international level.
