Masters/Doctorate Student Positions Opening in iRadar Lab

■ Descriptions:
Fully funded Graduate student positions open at iRadar Lab (integrated Radar and systems laboratory) in Kwangwoon university. The main research topic is to develop RF and mm-wave integrated circuits, RF module and system for Radar and 5G communication systems. We are looking for a motivated individual with interest in a radar and mm-wave IC and system design. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in related studies. The candidates should be able to carry out research tasks independently and can effectively collaborate with other research staff in the laboratory.

■ Position
 Masters, Integrated Master and Ph. D or Ph. D students

■ Requirements
 Bachelor/Master in science/engineering in related studies.
 Course works: Electromagnetics, Semiconductor device physics, Microelectronic circuits, Microwave Engineering (Antenna, RF) or equivalents
 Good verbal and written communication skills in English

■ Documents for Application
 Cover Letter (1 Page), Curriculum Vitae
 Certificates of graduation & Academic transcript
 TOEFL 550 (CBT 210, IBT 80) or IELTS 6 or CEFR B2 or TEPS 550 - Mandatory
