IBS Center for Climate Physics(ICCP) have collaborated with Green Environment Youth Korea(GEYK) to hold Hands on Training workshop.
The training was given from four ICCP scientists including director Timmermann to around 30 youth climate activists in Korea.
The workshop was to train activists to feel more comfortable with the climate data and climate modeling. The workshop was done successful and we hope the there will be 2nd workshop during the next year.

On Dec. 15th Wed, there will be a public talk on Ocean Acidification in Grand Hyatt Seoul at 18:30pm.
The director from IBS Center for Climate Physics, Axel Timmermann, will give a talk. Axel is a former Ph.D. student of Dr. Klaus Hasselmann, who recently have got a Nobel Prize in Physics.
If you would like to attend, please feel free to register by German Embassy email ([email protected]).
Please understand that fully vaccinated people with German Embassy's confirmation email can attend.
